Currently, there are ten states that have authorized the legal use of marijuana for anyone 21 years old or older (Calif. is “over 21-yrs old”): Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont and Washington (and Washington D.C.).
